Ron Richards

Ron is from the Midwest and grew up with a farming & agriculture back ground. He relocated to Colorado in 1975. After working in the Cattle Packing business Ron entered the Insurance, Retirement and Financial Planning business in 1981. He has developed and implemented financial planning operations for two of the largest Credit Unions in the state of Colorado. In a field of more than three hundred financial advisors, He earned the National Financial Planner of the year award for two consecutive years.

As a successful business owner, his passion is to educate others on many financial benefits of Passive Income Strategies, Wealth and Retirement Planning Strategies and has earned the designation of CFEd Certified Financial Educator from the Heartland Institute a Non Profit who educates workplace employees on budgeting, debt, retirement and a myriad of financial issues. He has written several articles for the financial planning and credit union industry. Ron has qualified for the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) for many years.

Ron has conducted hundreds of seminars on leadership, retirement, tax, and financial planning. He continues to work with many of his clients from the early 80’s thru today. Ron provides his clients with up to date Tax Reduction and Financial Planning strategies for creating Long Term Passive Retirement Income.

Ron has three wonderful children, and three Grandchildren. They have lived in the Northern Colorado community for the past twenty eight years. His hobbies and interests include skiing, golf, playing softball, watching his children and now grandchildren play sports, reading, and traveling.

Ron’s approach to the Financial education and Retirement Planning process has always been with a well thought out and written plan…I believe in listening first and always putting the client’s needs first.
